Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds After Work Has Commenced
Once work on a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy development, design work, content creation, filming, editing, revisions, or any other services rendered.
Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel a service within 14 days (2 weeks) of the agreement start date only if work has not yet commenced. Any cancellation requests made after this 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation During an Active Project
If a client chooses to cancel after work has begun, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is intended to cover time, resources, planning, and work already completed up to the cancellation date.

The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the scope of work completed and the stage of the project.

Any outstanding balances must be settled upon cancellation.
Ongoing / Monthly Services
For ongoing or monthly services, cancellations must be submitted in writing and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially completed months or unused services.
